Unfortunately I️ needed warranty work done on my Parker.The process was hassle free. The turn around time was unbelievable. This company stands behind there products.

sitting in my stand waiting for a deer to walk by with my new parker crossbow in my lap. it shoots straight every time I have practiced with it. only issue i have is while sitting here in my stand pulling the stickers off the limbs part of the limb the length of my finger splintered off and stuck to the manufactures sticker. I'm sure it won't affect the accuracy of it just makes me sad that now when I pick up my new bow I have to see the splintered area.
My daughter hasn't had one problem with her bow! We've been very happy with zero issues! Thank you Parker bows
