Had a hunting buddy have his crossbow limb come apart on a hunt. Fortunately I'm local and went with him to Parker headquarters. 15 minutes and the bow was back in service with new parts. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

I've had a Parker spitfire for 5+ years. It's always stayed accurate and deadly. Going to upgrade to another Parker and keep this one as a spare. Keep up the good work

I'ved used parker bows for over 15 years now and wouldn't use anything else. However being over 60 now I can't use my compounds and have a Hornet extreme. Its deer hunting time here in Michigan and for the second time on an opening week my crossbow limbs cracked while hanging there on the bow hook. Glad they have lifetime warranty and I sent head back. Hopefully they will get me back in woods asap. Ill let you know. I hear from bow dealers this has been a on going problem of Parker single limbs. Anybody else have this proble... read more

I had my crossbow for about 3 years when I had a couple problems with the bow. The front stir-up broke, the scope mount broke, and the quiver mount broke. I called Parker and they said to box it up, send it in and they would take care of it. I sent it out on a Monday and I had it back on Friday with all the new parts to reassemble my bow. They definitely stick by their product.

I have the Thunderhawk crossbow. Absolutely love it. Very light weight, automatically on safety when you cock it, great scope. I have degenerative disc disease and fibromyalgia and thought I would have to give up hunting. With this crossbow I can continue my love of hunting
