RecommendedThis is my third Parker product, a Parker Blackhawk that I got an 8 pointer with at 7:18 am opening morning. It put a Parker hunter bolt through this buck at 45 yards. My other Parker products, a bow and another crossbow worked great and I’ve only needed warranty service twice but the customer service was exceptional and prompt. I highly recommend Parker bows to anyone who wants a superior product from an American company with an excellent warranty and customer service.
RecommendedI had a problem with my crossbow and explain what the problem was.They told me to sent it back so I sent it on Thursday And by Tuesday I got it back repair. No charge. Best customer service . Thanks
Noticed a noise suppressor had fallen off my ThunderHawk crossbow. One short call to Parker Bows and I had a replacement part in my mailbox in a couple days. Parker Bows and their team are A+!!
