The WORST apartment complex I've ever rented from���� They try to be so POLITICAL & take no responsibility for their neglect. You have to bring up the lease terms. The pest is out of control. They don't care. The security is worthless but they went up on the rent due to improvements. On Oct 11th, eleven (11) cars were broken into, all back windows busted during security hours. They don't feel that their responsible. THINK OF YOUR SAFETY. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

My daughter has lived her for a total of one month and it's already hell. Julio the maintence man won't return her phone calls although her power is out, FPL needs to get into the meter room and the management office has placed an extra key on the meter room which is preventing Fpl from entering the meter room in order to assess my daughter's problem. Do not move to this apartment complex. Management will not make repairs to the apartments. This place is infested with roaches, maintenance crew workers are all Spanish & do not care about you. There is no onsite maintenance for 24 hour emergency service. You are literally stuck, but they still want/expect you to pay your rent. People come into the building selling drugs that do not reside in the building. Tenants get robbed within the building. I would never refer anyone to this building!
