We've been living here for about a year absolutely love it. The staff are wonderful very friendly and very attentive. Residents are nice and very quiet. There is a mom's group which is a major plus so my kids can meet new kids in the complex and we get to meet and make new friends. Love Park plaza!! Highly recommend them!

Terrific place to live, staff are always so helpful and friendly from top to bottom, it is a smoke free community and a green oasis right opposite south coast plaza . Surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of town. I have enjoyed my 5 years here and it is only complex to have such an innovative and modern solution to the parking difficulties of this area. It's a nice place. It's close to SCP, and there's a park nearby. For the little tots, there's a pre-school on the premises, so that's convenient. There are car lifts for those that have two cars. The 405 and the 55 are nearby. 15 mins from Disneyland resort California. The inconvenient is finding parking spots for guests, for which there are a few on front, but most are already taken, so it's a matter of luck. Another is resorting to pay with a check.
