RecommendedOur family lived at Park Plaza for almost a year and a half before moving to a larger place for our growing family. We were incredibly sad to leave. Tac, Yvonne, Miriam and maintenance staff were world-class. They truly strive to put YOU first from application to move-out. The amenities were great and apartment quality was excellent. We had beautiful marble countertops and cabinetry throughout the unit. The flooring was durable and withstood two kids under 6 and our small dog. I want to give this place a -1 .. Totally hate it .. I have friends that live there and it is not visitor friendly!! Parking sucks !! Management sucks !!! Rude neighbors .. Pricey ugly dirty apartments ..
I was living here with my fiance renting a room from a friend. The complex is nice but to many rules there. No smoking no vaping. Got my car towed 2 times and had stickers on it for parking in space by security. Emad the security guard is a complete creep. He was always in the dumpsters looking at windows probably jacking off. My fiance caught him 4 other times doing it. He says to her I'm checking the perimeter. Come on in the dumpster. Fire this guy he is a creep and other tenents I talked to says the same thing.
