I used Park Place for renting out my condo in Miami and found it to be an unprofitable and completely disappointing experience. I returned to the condo after letting Park Place rent it out for 6 months to find a number of issues/repairs that were never even identified by any staff at the company. Items were in disrepair that the company never acknowledged or was completely unaware of.
