The building itself is really nice and pretty much maitained well. Management isn't always helpful when you have an issue and the parcel delivery is a big pain because they have to be picked up at the office if you miss the delivery. Oh and the elevators are always breaking down which is a pain. Other than that the building is safe, very nice apartments and the maintenance request turn around is great.
The loudest neighbors and the thinnest walls with children and parents who have no regard for who live below them. Even til midnight. It's even more tiring getting off of work and I can't relax. The office says it's my problem. So I have to deal with the rude loud neighbors with my noncaring appartment manager and staff.
