RecommendedWe've lived here for almost 6 years. We love it, the staff is totally great. Maintenance is knowledgeable and gets all issues fixed. Pet friendly, great Club House and relaxing area to live with a park practically in our back yard.
RecommendedIt is so great “living above it all” with so many convenient shops and restaurants to walk to! Wonderful events in Market Square make this community feel like home. The apartment staff and leasing office are incredibly responsive, helpful and a delight to work with! I’m happy to call The Corners my home!
Pools are still green, holes all over the parking lot. It's clear the supervisor has no clue how to operate pools. No management structure in place. Can we get a concession on our rent because you can't do your jobs?

RecommendedThe Corners (as I call the place) are very nice. It's great, the facilities, amenities, space of the apartments, the location, the trade available in and around the building. It really is a good place to live.
RecommendedQuiet place, comfortable apartments with the necessary amenities. Rent DOES go up if you renew your lease, but not by an exaggerated amount. *Although I worry this will happen with every renewal* My husband and I renewed for another year, we love living here and feel comfortable and safe, much valued because we have three little ones. Management has always been available for us, as well as maintance (if needed). Would recommend Plum Tree!

RecommendedWe have lived at Park Lafayette Towers for 5 years now. In that time, we have experienced only the best of interactions with the staff and other tenants. Everyone is knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Everything in our apartment works and is well~maintained and the grounds and facility are always clean and well-maintained. The secret weapon at this apartment complex is the crack maintenance staff who will repair anything at a moment's notice.
