RecommendedWe have lived at Park Lafayette Towers for 5 years now. In that time, we have experienced only the best of interactions with the staff and other tenants. Everyone is knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Everything in our apartment works and is well~maintained and the grounds and facility are always clean and well-maintained. The secret weapon at this apartment complex is the crack maintenance staff who will repair anything at a moment's notice. This is a beautiful, well maintained building. Michael is so knowledgeable and helpful to work with. You can tell he really loves where he works AND lives!!
Very poor business management. I need to to move in in June, they did not want to accommodate me and let me have one/two month free. They said that they do not have need to do that. I was going to sign a lease for 15 mo for 2/2 and upgrade in the future. Guess what it's their lost. The rest of the apartment complexes I looked into were able to accommodate me. Amazing.
