Great view and well equipped with nice layout and design!
Excellent Management. Friendly concierges. Speedy maintenance. Sound-proof walls. High quality fixtures and appliances. Green roof terrace with gas grills and plenty of space to entertain. Underground parking. Breath-taking views. Superb location between North and Brady Streets. Right on the Oak leaf trail. The only downside is the rent ain't cheap, but you get what you pay for. I looked at many apartments downtown and believe Park Lafayette is the best.
