Communication is non existent with their office. Spent 6 months trying to get their office billing person to call me back about my bill. The amounts on the bill didn’t add up to the total on the bill. Went thru Henry Ford physician billing and after 2 months they never told me why the numbers didn’t add up. I finally paid the bill out of frustration but the bill is still marked unpaid on my patient portal.
Wonderful Doctors. Very responsive, compassionate and competent. Nice staff, responsive staff.
I was not feeling well. They staff made sure I could see Dr. Al-khersan that day. He was prompt thorough and reactive.
Dr. Alkhersan and his office staff are absolutely amazing.
