The service and sales team are excellent! They make sure you are 100% satisfied. I always feel welcomed and that my business matters. Will only get my vehicles here.
The Park service team is great. I was late to my appointment. They were still able to fit me in and they were done with my car in 20 minutes. Great.

The Park Ford Service Department is always a great experience for me. I never have an issue getting in for an appointment and I always get my car back in a timely manner. I am always welcomed by the friendly Service Department Staff and they always take care of me right away. I would recommend Park Ford too anyone and give it 5 stars for sure. Service department was great about everything. I had expected to have to schedule a recall problem to be fixed and they instead fixed today. Also did an oil change too as well as let me know when there was a problem with a tire that they fixed as well. I've been in customer service for over 10 years so I expect a lot in good service and would have to say I had a really nice experience there this afternoon.
The sales team was great to work with, no pressure at all and very knowledgeable. I've been back there at least 6 times for regular maintenance and service and all of the service reps are great. The wait times have always been minimal and the car is done when they promised. The new facility looks awesome as well. Keep up the great work!!
