I bought my car here and have been going here for all my mechanic needs for almost 3 years. I have never had a complaint and I come with little ones and they are always nice and welcoming to them and myself. I love how they have an area just for kids too!! Can't forget the free popcorn!!! They are very good with wait time too... 😊👏🏻
This week my boyfriend Craig Dack and I bought 2 SUV'S from Park Ford in Tallmadge. Alex Shinn and Tracy Seery went above and beyond to assure we had an awesome experience. I got a 2012 Ford Escape Limited and Craig got a new 2017 Ford Explorer. I highly recommend going to Park Ford...and when you do, ask for Alex Shinn...he's awesome....����
I have bought and or leased 3 cars from Park Ford.. I always feel like I'm walking in to family and get treated with respect and always leave happy! I have loved every vehicle I've gotten there .. Service is superb ! Shout out to Pete Capes, Kristina Jenkins, Dom Macreno, Todd Brazelton!! Even the body shop takes excellent car of you!
Once again I had a great experience at Park Ford. Dale made the process of getting a new car as easy as possible! He is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Logan in the finance department was great as well. He explained everything and was super helpful! Would recommend Park Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle �
