Service dept went beyond expectations for me when I took my 2003 Ranger in for a check fuel cap light after having a fuel pump installed at another shop and then they couldn't fix the problem they created with the light. Thank you Frod Tech, noticed he even teathered my new fuel cap like it was from the factory. AAA+
took my car for the first oil change yesterday. Apparently, there was some recall work to do too. Very satisfied with the service department and the work done! Thank you Park Ford!

Just leased my new vehicle at the end of May and I absolutely love it! This is my second Ford that I have owned and I won't buy anything else! Listening to Couch at Park Ford today.... Tracy Seary General Manager leased my sister and my cars to us a year ago. We were so pleased with Tracy's assistance. Park Ford and Tracy gave excellent service to both of us. Tracy always comes to say hi to us when we are there for oil changes. Not to mention all other associates are always so friendly!! :)
