I always have an awesome experience at Park Ford. The staff is very courteous and the work is done professionally. I definitely can put my trust in Park Ford.
I took my fusion in for brake replacement and they were honest with me about only having to replace the rear axle and not both. Lisa was my service advisor and she was very professional and nice. This was by far a better experience at this location than the one in Montrose. I would recommend this one, hands down.

Used Car Buyers BEWARE. I purchased a 2012 F150 70k miles from Park Ford and I have had non stop issues. I drove from PA because it was specific model and color I wanted, be careful they only honor their 90 day limited warranty if they look at issues themselves. With their limited dealer warranty all the issues I came across they said were not covered, even engine coolant was leaking everywhere from a hose under the hood within the first month. My car was damaged while on their lot waiting to get service the next day. The assistant service manager Chris Ludle took photos of the damage with his phone and told me the manager would call me the next day. It has been two weeks! If your wondering why I don't go in it's because the owner Mike Iemma hides or leaves when he sees me. I have been trying to get a hold of their Ford rep.
I have bought many cars there and would never shop anywhere else.
