Park Ford is great and as always Francis is the best!
Took my car there for 2 recalls and a new battery. After it was done, they said the engine light came on and they wanted $225 to put it on diagnostic machine. I told the no and picked the car up. They had putt a video on when they were looking at car.and there was what looked like animal hair under filter . I took the car to a garage I trust and he said the battery was very dirty, and Gibbs of oil was was put under battery cables. their sales department is top notch. Their service department has a lot to be desired. I had my truck in there for service. They did an oil change tire rotation. This is the second time this has happened. They rotated the tires. It didn’t adjust the air pressure from front to back. I’m driving down the road and feel like my truck was all over the place because I had 80 pounds of air in the front and it’s only supposed to be 70 pounds of beer, but they marked on the service ticket that tires were rotated and adjusted air pres... read more
