Was looking for a new dentist. Have gone to a number of ones before finding Dr. Lisa Konz via Angies List. I am in the process of having a crown put on and am more that pleased at how things are going. Couldn't feel the needle AT ALL (my greatest fear)!!! Dr. Konz is the best and I need search no more.
I fell in love with Konz and Lacy Dental Care on my first visit almost 8 years ago. The desk staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful. The dental hygienists are equally warm and friendly and give me the best cleanings I've ever had! Dr. Konz has a very warm personality and makes me feel like I'm the only patient she has all day. Since I've moved a lot I've been to many dentist's office, and this is hands down the best practice. The office is beautiful and relaxing; a very non stressful environment. The staff is the best part though. They will listen to any fears or concerns you have and do absolutely everything they can to make you comfortable.
An excellent experience at Konz and Lacy Dental Care. As a person who expereiences extreme stress before dental appointments, Konz and Lacy Dental Care made me relaxed, took the time to explain everything they were doing and went out of their way to make me feel welcom and comfortable.
Love this place. My teenage children and I left feeling good, not a typical dental experience.
I receive excellent dental care at Konz and Lacy. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. Dr. Konz is a pleasure to work with. My comfort during procedures is always a concern. And I love the spa-like treatment I receive - warm wax-dipped hands and a warm neck cushion!
