For my first visit, thought the staff was very courteous and professional. Plan to keep coming back.
The staff and Dr. Konz are always so knowledgeable, and so pleasant when we come in. We always get all our questions answered and all treatments are clearly explained. Going to the dentist is much more enjoyable due to this great group of women.
Two hours in the chair with your mouth propped open...not my favorite thing BUT Dr Konz stopped half way through to let me rest it and massaged my neck, jaw, and face! This is not the usual treatment from a dentist! She is great...professional, efficient, and understanding. Always a good experience...for going to the dentist! Great staff also Props to them all:-)))
This was an amazing experience because everything went so smoothly and quickly. I am no longer hesitant to book further restorations. Yea!

I had to take my 3-year old in for her first cleaning and was quite nervous about how she would react to this. The staff at Konz and Lacy were amazing-they had her laughing and smiling the whole time. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.
Everyone is professional, caring and real! Sharon spends the time to tell you what she is doing. Every person treats me with respect and courtesy as well as treating me like a friend!
Only my kids made it past the desk this visit, but let me just say that your receptionists are AWESOME. Impeccably patient, accommodating, and polite.
