They are very nice, always remember your name, and are very good at their jobs. The hand wax and neck wrap are lovely and a nice touch. They have worked well with our insurance and allow us a payment plan we can afford.They are always having a good day!!
I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Today's visit entailed the warm neck wrap, cheerful music and as always a professional and courteous staff. I turned down the hand treatment due to some cuts but I normally agree to having the treatment. My hygienist is always kind and polite which I appreciate very much. She and Dr. Konz both made sure I have a good grasp on how to clean my teeth not by just explaining it to me but they show me in my own mouth how to do a good job. I can't ask for better service!
Everything is very professional yet warm and friendly from the moment I walk in until the moment I walk out. The relaxing atmosphere and the friendly and caring staff keeps me and my family coming back! Keep up the great work!

Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. When I tell people about my experience at my dentist office they are surprised and all they offer me to make me comfortable...from the parafin hand wax to the warm neck pillow not to mention a t.v. in each room to listen to whatever I wish. All the hygienists are gentle and tell you exactly what they are going to do before they do it. I highly recommened Dr. Konz and her team!

A warm welcome and a smile always greet me when I arrive. Everyone takes very good care of me. They make sure I am comfortable, the cleaning is gentle and thorough, and Dr Konz is very clear and professional. I am very happy that I came here for my dental care. They put the patient first.
I am consistently impressed with the level of care and professionalism I receive from Dr. Konz and her staff :) The receptionists are so sweet and patient when checking dates to schedule appointments. The hygienists are very thorough with their cleanings and make sure the patient is comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Konz is absolutely amazing!!
