I just moved in this complex in August of this year. I had no knowledge of how bad this place is. Management refuse to communicate with tenants. Corporate ignires you wgen you try to complain about what management has not done. I had to contact fox 6 news about my apartment. When called fox 6 the complex came over and fixed everything I put on my checklist at the time of move in. I will not be here long. Don't do lived here for a year couldn't wAit to move they always change management without informing the tenants , water bugs like crazy no pest control , never collect dumpster trash in an orderly fashion it'll pile up for weeks , THEN when I got ready to move after my year lease was up they had no records of my deposit . Then two months after move way to another state some last name grace calls talking about I'm late on rent and she's going to put us in evictions ... Having trouble getting my deposit back. They keep giving me the run around. I've been out of there since October. I left because the place is infested with roaches and the police officers there think they can just go into your apartment and search it. Also, there's mold that they won't do anything about.
