The whole application process viewing property and applying is all automated, you only actually talk to a real person after you apply and waste your money, definitely out to get app fees and then tell you your credit isnt good enough so double the deposit. No will never use or recommend again. Sketchy

Worst company ever. Would not recommend to anyone at all.
I normally do not leave reviews but my experience has compelled me to. My husband called the company about a property listed and we were informed that no one had applied for it. We proceeded to apply and spend over $100 on application fees. A few minutes after our application was fully processed we were informed that an applicant was already approved. It was clear that Park Avenue saw us as an easy target for application fees. I will say the only pro here is that they actually answer their phone calls.
