Wonderful selection & friendly staff – I've walked past many times but after many recommendations decided to stop in. No pressure/non-commisioned sales staff was friendly and helpful in finding many great choices to flatter my face, work with my thick lenses and fit my budget. After a long deliberation and multiple visits I finally settled on a beautiful tortoise pair that has been great so far. There's no other place like it in the area and if you wear glasses every day you really should check this place out.
awesome sunglass selection and "extra mile" service. – First let me say that I don't wear eyeglasses so I can't speak on that subject, but they seem to have an impressive selection. Excellent selection of frames. Very fine customer service - cooperative and helpful. – When I first moved to Baltimore a friend introduced our family to Paris West. great customer service...great selection on frames! – My husband and I went to Paris West to get glasses based on it's city search review based on its overview rating. Let us just tell you, it's the best place to get glasses in baltimore. The decor of the store is really chic and modern. Worth the Trip – I'm shocked by the previous "bad" review. I've been a customer there for 11 years. I'm in a highly visible field and regularly get compliments on the glasses from Paris West. I'm hard on my glasses and, though I do not have optical insurance, buy at least a pair a year. I have purchased from the chains and have shopped other boutiques, Jordan (the owner) always has the latest styles and in the end his glasses are, for me, better value than what I've seen or bought elsewhere. WOW! – Not quite sure what the other reviewer was looking for but I was overwhelmed by the huge selection of designer eyewear I found when I visited. Every designer from Armani to Prada and unique products that I have never seen before. I wear progressive lenses and the price I received was over $90 less than I had previously paid 2 years ago. Thanks to the staff, highly recommended.
Bad Selection and Bad Service – Do not waste your time visiting this place. The selection is not as advertised and the service is less than desired. The person who assisted me had the audacity to "bad mouth" a competitor in Owings Mills who is known for having the best service and selection in the area. I left the store immediately and went to this competitor and bought 2 pairs of glasses several months ago. I am going back next week to this competior to pick up another 3 pairs I just ordered. If you click on the reviewers name you can see his "other" review. Neither I, nor any member of our staff has ever bad mouthed any competitor, certainly not one more than 30 minutes away. Besides, if this reviewer was so happy at said competitor why would he even be in our shop just 3 months later?
