RecommendedThe staff is super friendly always willing to help and discuss any problems with you. My fur baby is very vocal in the lobby, so we have to wait in a room when available.
He amputated my little cats legs that I adopted from being deformed . Took him back to discuss another problem he is so kind, nice, and spent 20 minutes talking to me. Dr Neal is a good vet and person also.
I LOVE the staff there. Two years ago we had a momma in labor pretty much all day after having one puppy. Dr. Neil and a couple of the girls came in on a rainy, cold Sunday afternoon and were not only able to save momma but the remaining 6 puppies as well. I will forever be thankful for them saving all of them ❤️ if driving to Tennessee were an option for every vet need, I would do that over using our local vets.
So glad a local animal clinic recommended that I go to see y’all and Mr Mike Neal DVM! Being new to this area I called around town and they were wanting to charge $150+ to just spay! With our shelters so over ran w unwanted animals, with prices like that, who can afford to be a responsible pet owner?!? Got my precious Coco spayed and all her shots in about 3 hours for $90.50! Thank you so much for taking great care of me and my baby! I will tell everyone who’ll listen all about how great y’all are And super nice!

Dr. Neal and his staff are the best! We live in Memphis and have a place near the lake. We will wait to take our pets to see Dr. Neal even going as far as to take vacation days to be able to see him. He is an animal whisperer! Very professional, caring and compassionate as well as so very knowledgeable.
I used to work with Dr Neal many years ago in Albuquerque, NM. HE IS AMAZING!!!!!
