Very compassionate to the pets and their family.
The groomer needs to be more informative as to the fact that your pet may be there 6.5 hours. The cut was good. The vet on the other hand was outstanding.
So great with our dogs, from the tiny 10 pounder to our huge pit mix!
Thank you for sending my male kitten home covered in blood - his tail, rectum, testicle sack, after his surgery. I had hoped for a better experience. He could have at least been cleaned up. The incision looks sloppy and rushed and I am extremely disappointed.
We found Doc Mike when we mover here two years ago. Very good dogside manner. We had to put our old kitty Doggie (21years) down this spring, they shared a tear with us, let us take our time. Brought our feisty pup Ammo in and he was an angel ( Dog & Vet)
My family and I moved to Paris a little over a year ago and was referred to Doc Mike. We are SO glad we were. He treats all our animals like his own and speaks to us like the worried parents we can be. He has helped one of our dogs pull through heartworms, one dog with an unexplained sickness and continues helping one dog with allergies. Paris is lucky to have Dr Neal. This is a wonderful place. They are so compassionate and caring. They take great care of Tompkins my dachshund.
