I love that the vet speaks to me and my dog, and that I'm not just a number.
Dr. Neal and all his staff are amazing !! They've become like family and I never ever worry about taking my German Shepherds or cats to them.... Paula Neal is our groomer for both our GSD's and she's awesome too !!! All the girls who work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring, patient and kind! I've converted half my family to them and they all love them as well!!!! ����
The best staff and Vet in Paris. Treat everyone like they are the only one's there. No rush
The whole staff was very kind and understanding. My cat was deathly ill and had to be euthanized. The doctor explained his illness in a way I could understand what was going on. I felt very confident in the heartbreaking decision I made.
Dr. Neal and his staff are absolutely amazing! We rushed our sweet pup up to their clinic before they opened, and they were waiting for him. He was turning cold when I arrived, and his wonderful staff jumped into action! Because of them I am able to still have my sweet fur baby here today! Not only are they wonderful, they treat their patients with love and care! They loved on and kissed on my pup, which made us feel much more at ease having to leave him with them for a few days! i've only been here 1 time but i LOVED everyone there. the Dr. was talking to us about our kitten and he was 100% honest and gave us every option there could be. he educated us and never seemed in a rush. we were with him for an hour and he never ran out of patience or even hinted that he was rushing. loved it!
I've only been there once (so far), but I am completely sold. We have a dog that will growl during an examination... and the vet and tech worked together to let the dog know that this was his fate and he might as well accept it. voila! It worked and then he behaved more like he was at home. Never was I so impressed with a clinic.
Dr. Neal is great. I recommend him to everyone. He takes his time and really talks with you about your pet. That goes a long way with me and my fur-babies.
