Worst vet experience I have ever had in my entire life!!! I drove 2 hours today to visit their office with my 10 year old pomeranian who needed their help! It took me several weeks to align my schedule to get in to see their doctor and I finally took off work and made my appointment. Dr. Kayla is the RUDEST VET I HAVE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!! My Nugget is very anxious, especially about going to the vet. All the staff is so considerate and goes above and beyond to calm him down and make his experience as painless and easy as possible! It’s about an hour drive for us, but I’d drive twice that far to see Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Neal, and all the staff at PVC! ❤️🐾
