Paris 66 is an authentic French Bistro. The owner, Mr Frederic Rongier was born in Paris France and created Paris 66 in 2009 after purchasing the building in 2008. Our Chef de cuisine, Larry Laffont is from Bordeaux, France with over 20 years of experience, our Master French Pastry chef, David Piquard is from Metz, France. Visited this bistro today with daughters french class. Place was beautiful, Owner very nice, and food was delicious! We will be returning in the future.
This restaurant is an authentic French Bistro. The buckwheat crepes as well as the savory crepes, the quiches, the wonderful salads and all the specials such as the Beef Bourguignon, Filet Mignon , Salmon, etc... are incredible! I have been also to the Sunday Brunch and the French Pancakes, fresh fruit cups, real French Toasts and srambles eggs are the best in town.
