Paris 66 is an authentic French Bistro. The owner, Mr Frederic Rongier was born in Paris France and created Paris 66 in 2009 after purchasing the building in 2008. Our Chef de cuisine, Larry Laffont is from Bordeaux, France with over 20 years of experience, our Master French Pastry chef, David Piquard is from Metz, France. RecommendedMy husband and I first ate at Paris 66 in October 2017, and we have been back at least 4 times since with our most recent visit being this October and with plans to come back there again in November.
