Dr Parentis has been treating me for many years for both my knees and my shoulder. He always took time with me answering my question never rushing in and out like many specialists do. When the pain in my shoulder became unbearable I decided it was time to have the replacement surgery. Dr Parentis performed a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery on 9/27/17. Recovery was very easy and other than a small scar you would never know. No pain and full motion. He's an excellent surgeon..
Badly torn rotator cuff. At age 63 was not sure how effective surgery would be. Dr. Parentis repaired the damage and rehab at the WNY Knee Center was wonderful. 7 Months later almost back to normal.
Dr Parentis is very good. I just had knee replacement and everything is going well. He takes his time with you and answers all questions, even ones I don't think to ask. I highly recommend him.
Dr Parentis did my total knee replacement last January 2017. He has the greatest bedside manner and answered all my questions before the surgery and after while I was in the hospital. I had my follow up with him yesterday to tell him Thank you because I am no longer in pain I would recommend him to any one he is wonderful.
I am very satisfied with the knee replacement surgery and care provided to me by Dr. Parentis. At no time was I ever pressured into having surgery and when I decided to have it he was very thorough in explaining the surgery in detail. When in the hospital he visited me every day and answered all my questions. His office has a full PT unit and his PT staff (Joe Aquino and Joe Benes) became like family to me. I recommend Dr. Parentis and his PT staff.
Dr. Parentis scoped my shoulder a number of years ago. The facility and care were quite simply perfect.. Recently Dr. Parentis did a total reverse shoulder replacement for me. Results are beyond my greatest hope. Follow up care has been excellent: office staff and PAs are wonderful, courteous, pleasant, and helpful. Dr. Parentis takes all the time I need, explains everything thoroughly and understandably, and reviews follow up X-rays with me. Did I mention the surgery was a huge success?
My experience with Dr. Parentis has been highly satisfying. His demeanor... professional, caring, and respectful.... inspires confidence, and I have felt a sense of inclusion in the health care team since the surgical procedures he performed, with successful outcome. His staff and facilities are are well-organized and efficient, and it's been a consistently positive experience dealing with them as a patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Parentis for sports-related or other orthopedic consult.
I am now 64 years old, physically active and I have had both knees replaced by Dr Parentis and have excellent results. I first saw Dr Parentis with knee pain when I was in my early 50s and he worked with me to manage arthritis pain until I was ready for surgery several years later never rushing or pressing for replacement. I have referred two others to Dr Parentis since. His expertise, bedside manner and top notch physical therapy staff for recovery all helped me back to an active life
I have been a patient of Dr. Parentis for about 12 to 13 years I would estimate. He has done surgery on my shoulders which was needed and he did surgery on my toe which was also needed. I've seen him numerous times in the office for injections for arthritis and inflamed joints I have lupus and I have been on steroids for many years.
