I have lived at The Parc for almost 5 years, there have been a couple of hiccups but for the most part the office staff and maintenance folks have done an excellent job responding to my request. The current office staff and maintenance crew are very helpful and friendly, they seemed to genuinely care about our well being. They try to keep residents informed via email and text, that is helpful when something comes up unexpectedly. No complaints...overall very happy with my apartment.

These apartments are beautiful on the outside an old and outdated on the inside.... the appliances do not work! they have roaches.... I pay $1,000 a month and have to live with roaches is ridiculous..... my apartment had mold in it for about 6 months they painted over it the first time, it came back I had to keep complaining about it.. the management sucks it's it's almost criminal how bad it is where they don't do what they should.... Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we moved The blinds was broke , carpet dirty, there's a pipe above the tub that's brown , with water dripping from it. Every night we come home, the apartment is flooded, due to our neighbors washing cloths. Every time we use the washer, the the kitchen floods. The stink fills up with water. We have complained about this over and oover again , for months! They "calmed" they didn't have a worker , and the work they have now , has only been working for three weeks.
