Dirty apartment upon move in and smelled like someone just smoked marijuana in my new home & I have a small child living here. In a short 10 months I have had 2 non working refrigerators, 4 non working dishwashers, a car window busted out by the landscapers, non working AC and for the entirety of my lease so far I have been charged additional renters insurance while providing proof and maintaining my own renters insurance. Horrible maintenance issues, filthy when moved in. 3 mths later STILL fighting to get repairs done CORRECTLY. When repairs are done they are cheap and look like crap. My list I tried to fill out day one regarding repairs has dissapeared. So they want me to fill out another one. I DO NOT recommend this place unless your willing to be disappointed.
I would NEVER recommend The Parc at Maumelle. I signed a lease in August 2018 and was set to move in but at the last minuet was unable to due to an accident. I had my mom call to let management know that I wouldn't be moving in and request my deposit back. They would not give it back. A few months later I contacted them to see if they would either refund my deposit to me or roll it over to a new lease; the manager told me no. The air conditioner has been messed up in my nieces apartment for weeks almost months. It’s so bad that the floor is flooded causing life threatening situations as she has a toddler. They sent her bill and should’ve deducted part of the rent since they’ve had to call Maintenance and now they are saying they don’t want to put the new unit in the place it was before, but no. I recommend they make repairs
They never answer the phone yet tell you to email ONLY work orders but never answer emails! This must be the laziest apartment managers I’ve ever saw!

9 to 6 means 9 to 6. not 9 to when ever the hell they feel like leaving...just useless. Can't do one thing right.
