I am writing this review to say the manager is fantastic, did want to move but when you have a staff member that works in the office and has no respect for people,no should have to put up with that,and I don't need to name drop,Now I get a email trying to charge me for wore out carpet and a few spots on the walls and other charges that Dimond has put together, WOW!!!! This is retaliation for the bad review!!!
I have been renting here since Oct 2023 and my experience living here has been not great for sure. I don't like the floor plan at all. I can heard every little thing my upstairs neighbor is doing. The maintenance here sucks. They don't like to fix anything. I have been asking them to fix my refrigerator since moving in here. They always give me a false sense that they are going to fix it. Tasia Nevilles was a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions throughly. Really enjoyed my experience with her. What a breath of fresh air in a world breathing for good customer service.
