This facility was very ideal for my studies and work locations. It's located very close to Grandview and UAB is close as well if you're in the medical sector. Elisabeth, and the management team was always very helpful. The maintanence was taken care of acutely and effectively when requested. The pool even though I didn't get to use it much was great when I did. My thanks, and I highly suggest you give them a visit.
2 months and I cannot use my washer and dryer. There are full of dog hair!! I have reported them several times but it is the same.
Constructed in 2016, this apartment was anticipated to be of high quality and free from defects. However, our experience has been marred by several issues. Initially, we encountered persistent noise disturbances emanating from a wall in unit 4710-427. These noises occurred thrice nightly, each episode lasting an hour, disrupting our sleep. Despite reaching out to the management office five times and providing a video as evidence, our concerns were met with silence. I've been a resident at 4700 Colonnade for the last 5 years. I lived in a 1-bedroom for 3 years and moved into a 2 bedroom when my husband and I got married. Overall, I have really enjoyed living at this complex as a longer term resident - especially compared to other complexes in the area I've lived at. The location is excellent and the suites overall feel very spacious, clean, and new. The amenities (pool, gym, business area) also make it feel very much like living at a resort.
