Recently I dealt with a car theft from my rental unit. Dealing with CAA insurance for almost two weeks has been an absolute nightmare. It occurred to me in the middle of the night, that perhaps I had a spare key in the car. I called the head office of Paramount in Hfx, and within an hour they had gotten back in touch with me, placed a work order, and by noon the next day, the locks had been replaced...AND they personally dropped off keys at my place of work, as well as my sons school...so he would not get home before me and ... read more
The managers, Sonya and Mike, are very helpful and accommodating for all inquiries. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Halifax. The building where I live has good security with cameras and requires a key to access the elevator. Great management
Big time joke wouldn't ever consider renting trying to scam folks out of half months rent to review an application for rental? SCAM
