Did you guys really delete my review? @Jeff Briggs is a brat who doesn't know how to treat a customer or how to control his anger. He needs to be demoted back to the sales floor until he can learn some respect. @Benny Yount really need to reevaluate his whole sales team. You gonna have to block me to delete my reviews friends. Hyundai Of America is gonna get a kick out of you deleting your reviews instead of taking care of customers.
It’s truly sad how one salesman ( Charles Cappadon) can change your opinion of a dealership. At Paramount Hyundai once you sign the paperwork forget about customer service. Truly sad.

Jon Arrowood the service advisor helped me in purchasing tires when mine were worn on the inside and my car needed new tires. He was super friendly and nice and made sure I had everything I needed. He's great!
My 2011 Hundai's check engine light came on as we were heading out of town so we dropped by the service department. It was a problem that could not wait. While I didn't want the expense, I was amazed they said they could do the repair right then and would stay past closing if needed. Candy Propst, our service advisor drove us to a restaurant for dinner and then picked us up when finished since we had to wait. On the road now! Thanks for great customer service.
