I was sold a maintenance plan when purchasing my Hyundai for a good chunk of change. No one told me I could only use this maintenance plan at only "Paramount" Hyundai. Now that I've moved my car should still be covered by this plan and I am unable to use my maintenance plan that I paid for. Crooked sales. What could they do to improve...they could attempt to live up to their goal/motto of the Golden Rule... "Always treat other people as you would want to be treated and always endeavor to do what is right and fair. We take pride in trying to do everything 100 percent right." Friendly, helpful, salespeople who make you really glad you picked a Hyundai.
Had a salesman email back and forth about a Vehicle. I went to the dealership and found out the car was still down the hill and not available to look at. Now I would of thought when you ask about a particular vehicle the salesperson would check and at least tell you that it wasn’t yet available to look at. Pretty clueless
