My wife and I just purchased a sweetheat of a deal on an older model used truck in pristine condition we just couldn't pass up. It did have one brake heating up which they agreed to make right so we went ahead and ought it with that understanding in writing. It proved to be a bit allusive tracing down why it was heating up but after a couple tries they did exactly as promised. It took time, labor and parts to fix it but they delivered. had to take my hyundia in for a recall check. super friendly service. free snacks, drinks and coffee while you wait. also had a charging port for every thinkable phone. and a big screen tv with HGTV playing...awesome!!
Salesman I worked with (Andrew) was great and very professional. No sale today and I (like an idiot) fell for the typical dealership fishing emails in which they claim they can do this and that. 4 hours later, I walked away from the "deal". Lesson here is to not fall for dealership fishing emails. Andrew definitely lived up to my expectations - finance did not. Will likely go back to Charlotte to purchase.
