We had an outstanding stay with them in the summer of 2016. We had been staying at another hotel (which shall remain nameless) that failed on numerous counts. We stopped in the Paramount for a late breakfast and as we looked around, we wondered why on earth we hadn't booked here instead. We spoke to a member of the restaurant staff who immediately carried our message to the front desk.
