I've stayed in more hotels than I can keep track of and this is by far my favorite. The customer service surpasses anywhere I've ever been. You don't lift a finger here. From the minute we pulled up, we were catered to by the great valet staff. Ed, the bellman, went so far above and beyond. He stated several times "don't worry about a thing."
