I went there with my mom to see Pretty Little Liars perfectionists in the movie theater that was across the street we had a great time we only stayed overnight Hotel it was kind of expensive but we had a great night

Only spent one night, but will definitely visit again. Great hotel within walking distance of the waterfront, Pioneer Courthouse Square, and all the shops, restaurants, bars and theaters downtown has to offer. The hotel is lovely, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was pretty standard, but the bed was comfy and the pillows were amazing. Tone deaf front staff asked waaaay too many personal questions after cracking a joke about our last name.. then NY Day, 8:58am, banging on the door with 'housekeeping!!!'.. called front desk.. checkout is at noon.. asked why housekeeping was banging at that hour.. 'they don't start until 9am'.. what?!? No sorry, just annoyance to have to do their job. What exactly am I paying for if it's not good service and a room to sleep in until the contractual time I've paid for is up?!
