Lived here for a while and honestly would not recommend it. The facilities are old, there are recurring mice/pest issues, and flooding problems happen more than expected. Parking fees are high for the quality and security provided. Communication and maintenance from management have been frustratingly inconsistent.

Living in the heart of downtown has been a wonderful experience. The 24/7 concierge service is a blessing, especially since they handle maintenance requests even in the middle of the night! The 24/7 gym is an amazing amenity, particularly during the winter months. The management team is very friendly and responsive to our requests.
