My sister's air conditioning has been broke for 2 weeks, maintenance is lazy and trifling and so is the office personnel...she is on oxygen and no one will help her, office personnel and maintenance lie to her and laugh in her face....what kind of place is this....they need to be investigated...it is a den of thieves...
I recently moved in May, 2016. I was trying not to let the reviews deter me, however, the comments do stand true. I did a walk thru with Rebecca, one of the leasing agents. I told her what needed to be fixed prior to my move in date. She checked off what needed to be fixed. After I moved in, the issues still have not been fixed. Too ghetto ratchet run down buildings roach infestation maintenance is lazy....They take their time to fix things...not a good place to live....
