I ordered boxes to be delivered and they arrived 7 days after their estimated arrival date. I scrambled and ordered the same product (for the same price) from Uline and they thank goodness arrived the next day. Now since i cant use the Papermart boxes because they are so late i want to ship them back to papermart however their customer service rep said papermart doesnt pay for return shipping. i never would have ordered these if I knew they were going to arrive a week after I needed them. order I received, they stuffed an order of damaged slashed boxes in the bottom of the box, clearly returned from someone elses's order. They were obviously hoping I wouldn't notice. Talked to someobe on live chat to resolve either with replacement or refund. Made it clear it was on a deadline. She assured me it was communicated to customer service on urgency. A week later, no one has acknowledged, followed up or cares
I've injoyed shopping at paper mart they have a great choice of deco mesh and Christmas ribbon.
I used Paper Mart for the first time recently. The service was prompt. Everything came nicely packaged and everything came as described. I will use them again! And, I recommend them for your use.
I had a bad experience with trying to return a product that didn't have accurate measurements listed clearly on the site, and posted about it on Facebook. I received a prompt follow up from a supervisor named Martha and she went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I will likely purchase confidently from papermart in the future for both business and personal needs.
They could wake up and take note of how a business should be run in the 21st century. They could be aware of their stock and not put the onus on the customer. They could offer shipping options that don't take a century for customers to get especially when they are only one state away. They could be accountable for their own mistakes. I cannot WAIT to find a replacement and I am so glad that I discovered your lack of business ethics while MY business is small so that I won't have to deal with such absurdity as it grows.
