Lower your shipping prices. Product prices are competitive, but it's easy to find cheaper sources once the excessive shipping prices are added. I guess most people don't compare shipping/bottom-line prices once they find what they want. Feels deceptive to charge 2x what actual shipping costs are, especially when PaperMart does not allow customer's to use their own carrier accounts. We'd buy 10x more if the shipping was not a rip-off.

I ordered 25 boxes for a project I was doing. The package I received had 25 covers but only 18 boxes.When I contacted them all they would do was give me $7 for the cost of the 7 missing boxes. All I wanted was the missing 7 boxes. 18 are useless to me. I wasted my money. Won't order from them again.
