Customer Service isn't good. If you need to return anything you'll pay to ship it to you then back. Trying to get stuff for a school and after searching for what I was looking for the wrong thing was ordered, but now I get to pay $40+ in shipping to return it and get new stuff.
RecommendedI have no problem with there stuff but I do wish they would offer coupon codes that were not specific to certain items but rather a discount on your whole order.
Stop selling super low quality unusable products that then have to be returned at the customer's expense. So the customer is out two times the shipping cost because Paper Mart sells inferior products.
