I placed my first order this week and receipt said it would ship Econo Shipping by USPS for $18, which I thought was excessive.... since my order was only $20!!! Today I received a shipping update from Paper Mart saying my order was shipped via FedEx and will arrive in over a week....by April 1!!! I'll be looking for another paper source!
I've purchased from them plenty of times and hardly have any issues. They are typically quite helpful on the phone when I need to call. Highly recommend!
I ordered ivory satin ribbon in different sizes. The 1.5 inch wasn't the same color. You can't make hair bows with ribbon that isn't the same color. So disappointed.
I have been ordering from paper craft for quite a while and have never been disappointed! I have found their ribbon of the utmost quality. I have ordered so many different items from all areas of this store; from ribbons to boxes, tissue paper, embellishments. Etc.and never ever disappointed! My only complaint is that they used to sell loose faux gem sizes of different sizes and colors which they never carry anymore. 😞
Ordered hundreds of units - nothing was shrink wrapped or bounded, just loose. They delivered it in the rain and everything was destroyed. Now I have to order from another vendor - waste of my time and money.
I had an issue with a shipment. I understand the damage was FedEx but reached out to the company and sent pictures. They promptly fixed the issue and I will order from them again!
