What's not to like? Most of all, patience and expertise of CS rep Brianne. She went way beyond her job description foo fulfill my needs. My first order with Paper Mart..
I had to call in for issues with a payment. Not only did they not lose my order, but they saved it, sent it to me with a confirmation number and processed the payment the next day. Both representatives - Rosalyn & Jeffrey (I think) were extremely helpful! All of these things seem to be business as usual, but the process could have been much more difficult. Thank you everyone!

I always have great customer service when I place an order at paper Mart. Today Shelley Fine helped me and as always I got everything that I needed quickly and with the help of a very nice representative!
Even when I don’t enjoy ordering on line, there is always someone at the phone to assist me! Brianna brown was able to “search and find” the paper I needed.....without a stock number.... and was most willing! Kudos to her and papermart. I have never been disappointed in the product and I have been ordering for years.
