"That Ain't Heaven, That's New Orleans" When I think of grabbing Cajun I think of my buddy Joe at Yats or my buddy Art at Papa Roux. Definitely a buzz restaurant on the east side. You should come and experience the AUTHENTIC Cajun cuisine. I know for a fact Art takes many trips a year down to the Gulf to buy the best ingredients for his restaurant. Stop by for a plate that'll have you saying "That Ain't Heaven, That's New Orleans"!

There's just something about a Mom & Pop joint. Better still is a Mom & Pop joint that supports other local businesses. Top that with the most personal service you'll get anywhere in the city. From the moment you hit the screen door, you are treated like the most important person to cross the threshold. Papa will come around and talk to folks, calling some customers by name.
