Ordered my pizzas and the tracker said they’d be here 30 minutes ago...no answer at the store either. The last time, my pizzas were literally smushed up along side the inside of the box and the thin crust molded to form along it; however it still tasted good. No answer at the store. Wonder how cold the pizza will be this time. Last time I had an issue, the corporate people gave me the generic responses with absolute no contact from an above restaurant personnel. Come on Papa John’s, please get it together.
wUPDATE**I WANT TO,ADD THAT THE MANAGER WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO THIS AND CORRECT SITUATION. I APPRECIATE THE MGMT TAKING CARE OF THIS SO QUICLY. when my granddaughter and her friends ordered a pizza which came to $27 the driver said he had no change on him when she handed him $40! he saw an opportunity to take advantage of young teens and he took it! never order from here again!
Was in Papa John's last night and what appeared to be a manager had a complete meltdown. He was screaming at the employees about needing more than a days notice before taking off. Not the type of person you want representing your company.

Was told 30 minutes, and it’s literally been hours to get our food. At 9pm on a Tuesday night.. said the pizza was “out on delivery” 45 minutes ago. Still haven’t got it.... At this point I’m not sure it’s even going to show up. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again!! UPDATE: called two hours after we placed our Order and “they have no record” I even ordered, even though they told us it was on its way an hour ago. Then said “yea I dunno what happened but have a good night” and hung up. WORST business by far. Do not go... read more
