You guys should tell the delivery driver who drives the red car that it's probably not a good idea to tailgate people while they have a giant Papa John's sign on their roof. Also, tailgating is illegal. Have a nice day.
2 hours for a pizza delivery. Rude people when I call to enquire. BS. Jokers working there. Cold pizza everyone. Pizza on the Fly from now on
went there on June 8, 2020 , NO EMPLOYEE in the entire Ocoee, location were wearing gloves or masks. the Manager on duty gave a cash refund out of the cash drawer because they gave away the wrong pizza. she immediately went and started making a pizza without washing her hands, or wearing gloves. I asked if they were allowed to touch money, and not wash hands or wear gloves? they're reply was YES... the Pandemic was over! Even before the Pandemic, it's against Health Codes to handle money and handle food ingredients.
They have messed my order up twice now and when I call they either don't answer or they hang up on me. Will never give them my business again!
Received our pizza and immediately after opening found a long black/brown hair. Called to speak with someone and a guy answered the phone. I asked if someone was working with long black/brown hair. He answered with someone over 16? I said it again and reiterated that I don’t care how old they are. He then said yeah I guess. I then said well you should tell them to wear a hair net since I just found hair in my food. All he said was ok I will yell at them. I can’t believe the customer service I just received!

Been dealing with them for over 5 years and tonight they decided we are too far out of delivery. Never will do business there again.
I ordered a large pizza, cheese sticks and wings. This picture is what was supposed to be my wings. After that the whole experience while trying to get my money back was ridiculous and unprofessional!!
driver took it upon himself to add an additional tip on the receipt. I asked for the ticket so i could sign it he said there wasn't one and I was good to go. I'll post his photo shortly along with my email confirmation and amount and what they actually charged me
